Payment Terms

All fees are due and payable in accordance with the payment schedule specified in your service agreement
Late payments may incur additional fees and interest charges
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement
We reserve the right to modify our fees with 30 days' notice
Client is responsible for all advertising spend and third-party platform fees

Service Agreements and Termination

Service Term

Services are provided according to the terms outlined in your individual service agreement. Agreements may be month-to-month or for a specified contract period.

Termination by Client

You may terminate services by providing written notice as specified in your service agreement. Early termination may be subject to fees.

Termination by Renutech

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in prohibited activities.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing services, as outcomes depend on various factors including market conditions, competition, and client cooperation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renutech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Renutech in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Renutech, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
